Why you run: I run for stress relief, fitness and fun

When did you get started running: Seriously, in December 2018 while on vacation in India. I ran cross country and track in high school, and I ran on and off until 2018

Have you taken a break from running:  For injury, yes

The hardest race you’ve ever run: NYC marathon

My favorite place to run in the D.C. area is:  In the middle of downtown

Favorite local trail:  Capital Crescent Trail

My best race was: Prince William Half Marathon

Favorite local race: Army Ten-Miler

Favorite flavor of gel, gu, etc: Huma gel

Pet peeve: When slower runners or walkers line up in the front

Goals: Sub 3:30 marathon

Your advice for a new runner:  Take it slow and easy, but be consistent, the results will come.
