Moore Equity in Mental Health 5k

800 Maine Ave. SW
Washington, D.C. 20024

The Moore Equity in Mental Health 5k is a virtual run, walk, and roll on Saturday, July 10, to help raise awareness for mental health inequities facing Black, Indigenous and people of color youth and to honor the staunch mental health equity advocate, Bebe Moore Campbell. Participants can run, walk or roll at whatever time is convenient to them, and a virtual program will be held at noon. Proceeds will go toward the American Psychiatric Association Foundation’s Moore Equity in Mental Health Community Grants Initiative, and will support individuals and community organizations that are working to improve the mental health of BIPOC youth.
