Here at the Ruyts Foundation of Veteran Suicide Prevention, our mission is to bring awareness to veteran suicide and help stop it from even taking place. We must stand together and put an end to veteran suicide, soldier, and military family suicide.
This is a combination cross country and gravel dirt road course. The 10k is more cross country than dirt road. There are some slight elevation gains along the route, but nothing major.
