Soak up fall color at the U.S. National Arboretum during Friends of the National Arboretum’s Fall 5K on Saturday, October 31st at 8:30 AM. This run or walk will take you past peak fall foliage, over tree-lined rolling hills, and along streams winding their way to the Anacostia River. Along with the race, enjoy a Halloween costume contest, trick-or-treating, and seasonal family activities!
Both runners and walkers are welcome to participate in this event. Strollers and dogs are also welcome, but dogs must stay on a 6 foot non-retractable leash. All roads are closed to cars during the race.
Race registration costs $45 for the first 150 participants. Prices will increase after the first 150 people sign up for the race.
