Already we have had two historic snow falls this season and Tuesday we are due to get more snow added than we had all of last winter. When the roads are described as passable, that is like when races are described as scenic. Just where does all that extra snow get pushed? The new sidewalk is the street.

Ultramarathoner Michael Wardian (35) of Arlington, VA has multiple national titles at distances beyond 26.2 miles. On Sunday, January 31, Michael displayed his world-class endurance by winning the ING Miami Marathon with a time of2:28:39 in humid weather conditions in Miami, FL. He had arrived in southern Florida after working an 80-hour week as a shipping broker.

Due to winter weather the race will be postponed till Saturday February 13, 2010

The race takes place on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at the Broadlands Marketplace located in Ashburn, Virginia in Loudoun County.
