Charity Information

Race benefits Friends of 7 Bends State Park.  The focus of Friends of Seven Bends State Park is to support and advocate for the educational and recreational use of the park for all.

10k – 3:45pm

5k – 4pm

Registration Fees

5k – $35, until Oct 15 ($40)

10k – $50, until Oct 15 ($55)

***Price will increase on race morning by $5 for each distance

T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before Oct 23.  We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.
