2024 Heritage Trail Challenge 5k & 10k

Points count towards our Year-Long 5k, 10k, Endurance & Back of the Pack Series.  Points will also count towards our Sippin’ Series.

Come enjoy the challenging routes at Castle Hill Cider.

Walkers and leashed pets are welcome to attend this event.

Charity Information

The Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA is dedicated to providing shelter, medical care, and behavioral services for dogs and cats. Our mission is to find them loving and permanent homes. Additionally, we believe that through education and outreach in our community, we can promote the compassionate treatment of animals. We offer life-saving initiatives such as affordable spay/neuter, affordable wellness clinics and veterinary care, microchips and rabies, and community cat Trap-Neuter-Return.

10k/5k – 10am

Registration Fees

5k – $35, until Sept 15 ($40)

10k – $50, until Sept 15 ($55)

***Price will increase on race morning by $5 for each distance

T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before September 18.  We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.
