Points count towards our Year-Long 5k, 10k, & Back of the Pack Series.  Points will also count towards our Spring Series.

Please note that Bishop’s Events promo/discount codes cannot be used to register for this event.

Walkers and strollers are welcome to attend this event.

Charity Information

Our Stomping Ground (OSG) is a 501(c) nonprofit founded in Northern Virginia in 2019 with a mission to build inclusive communities and strengthen neighborhoods through diverse programming, sustainable, affordable housing and social spaces for people of all abilities.

Working with community partners, builders, social service agencies, and numerous volunteers, OSG empowers adults with disabilities (AWD), their families and caregivers to navigate the material and financial resources needed to access and transition to affordable, inclusive communities. We create the necessary programming to:

foster successful inclusion among communities and neighbors

cultivate friendship

improve physical and mental well being

combat loneliness.

OSG’s model promotes a sustainable, interdependent living environment that allows adults with disabilities to live a more self-directed life.

Race Start Times

10k – 9:45am

5k – 10am

Registration Fees

5k – $30, until Apr 30 ($35)

10k – $45, until Apr 30 ($50)

***Price will increase on race morning by $5 for each distance

T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before May 8.  We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.
