Guest Entrance: All guests must enter Nationals Park from Center Field Gate, with entry access on N Street SE.
PARKING
Complimentary garage parking is available for all CHCI guests at the GEICO Parking Garage, located on the corner of South Street SE and N Street SE.
All CHCI guest vehicles must exit the garage by 1:00 PM.
SECURITY
For the safety of everyone at Nationals Park, both MLB and the Nationals require that all persons entering Nationals Park walk through a metal detector or be screened with handheld metal detectors to search for prohibited items. This includes thoroughly inspecting all jackets, coats, packages, bags, purses, and other containers brought to Nationals Park entry gates.
BAG POLICY
All purses, bags (excluding backpacks (except as provided herein), drawstring bags, and soft-sided coolers that do not exceed 16″x16″x8″.
Prohibited Bags: Backpacks, Briefcases, and bags that exceed 16″x16″x8″. Please DO NOT bring large items with you. Guests will be asked to return large items to their car; otherwise, they will not be allowed entrance. No exceptions.
KIDS RACE & ACTIVITES
Kids can participate in the CHCI Kids Fun Run around the Nats Park concourse level BEFORE the main 5k run/walk. Prizes will be awarded to all finishers!
The Kids Fun Run starts at 8:30 AM.
Children participating under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
We will have a Kids Zone that will include a Moon Bounce, Skeeball and Basketball Toss, Games, and face painting. We will also have a dance party featuring DJ Hercules spinning the latest hot tracks and a wonderful gourmet selection for your post-race brunch.
COST
Registration – $45
On-site registration – $50
Kids race registration (kids 12 and under) – $10 first 50 kids to get register get the fee waived
Spectators are welcome to join at no cost, but registration is required.
**This special 5K course includes unique access to Nationals Park, where participants will start in Right Field Plaza, move along the stadium concourse, and exit out to the sidewalks of the adjacent neighborhood before returning for a triumphant finish back inside the home of the Washington Nationals.
