Matthew Henson Trail 5K 2023

The race begins on the Matthew Henson Trail just south of Hewitt Avenue. Participants head east on the trail, looping through the parking lot at Layhill Road, briefly onto the sidewalk, and then back on the trail heading west. At Rippling Brook Drive, runners exit the trail and make a loop through the bus lane at Bel Pre Elementary School, and then back on the trail to the finish at the Hewitt Avenue parking lot.
